Event reports and attendance metrics
View check-in stats, no-show reports, and tier breakdowns for your event.
Opening reports
From the event workspace sidebar, click Reports. You’ll see a summary of your event’s attendance data.
What’s available
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total checked in | Number of guests who checked in. |
| No-shows | Guests on the list who haven’t arrived. |
| Check-in rate | Percentage of guests checked in. |
| Peak arrival | The busiest check-in time window. |
| By ticket type | Breakdown of check-ins per ticket/guest type. |
Using the data
Reports update in real time during the event. Use them to:
- Staff the door during peak hours.
- See which tiers had the most arrivals.
- Export post-event numbers for client recaps or internal tracking.
Export
Export the full guest list with check-in timestamps as CSV from the Attendees page. This is available throughout the event and after.
