Plans and feature limits

Starter, Pro, and Business — what's included for events, guests, check-in, email, and branding.

AizuPass is designed so you can run a real event end-to-end on Starter (free): unlimited events and guests, full check-in, and imports. Paid plans add scheduling, segmentation, branding, and agency tools.

Pricing (subscriptions): Starter $0 · Pro $79/mo · Business $199/mo · Enterprise custom. See pricing on the homepage for current marketing copy.

Note: Plan enforcement in the product is rolling out with billing. Until your organization has an active paid subscription, features may behave as Starter. Ask support if something does not match what you see in the app.

Always free on Starter (core ops)

FeatureStarter

Pro — repeat shows and timed comms

Upgrade when you need to schedule messages, segment by ticket type, or reuse a past audience.

FeaturePro
Schedule email campaigns (future date/time)
Segment broadcasts by ticket type (VIP, GA, …)
Clone audience from one past event
Custom logo in email header
V2 invite designer + AI generate/refine
Reports by ticket type and peak time buckets

Typical moment: “Remind VIPs Friday at 6pm” or “Email everyone who came to last month’s show.”

Business — agencies and white-label

FeatureBusiness
Stronger white-label on guest-facing surfaces
Chain audiences across multiple past events
Loyalty / frequent-attendee segments
Custom verified sending domain
Public API keys and outbound webhooks

Enterprise adds negotiated terms (e.g. remove “Powered by” footers where contractually supported).

What we do not gate

We do not limit events, guest count, or door check-in on paid tiers. Upgrades are for leverage (comms, branding, integrations), not for letting people through the door.

For the team: Full gate matrix and API enforcement map → docs/FREEMIUM-GATE-MATRIX.md in the repo.
