Creating invites and using the invite builder

Design and send event invitations with the no-code invite builder.

What are invites?

Invites are personalized event pages for your guests — they can include event details, branding, a QR code for check-in, and a link to purchase tickets or RSVP. Each guest gets their own unique invite link.

Creating an invite

  1. Open Invites from the event workspace sidebar.
  2. Click Create invite.
  3. Choose a template or start from scratch.
  4. The invite builder opens with a canvas and property panel.

Using the builder

The invite builder is a visual editor. Click any element on the canvas to edit it in the property panel.

Building blocks:

  • Title — event name or headline.
  • Text — description, schedule, location.
  • Image — hero photo, logo, or artwork.
  • Button — link to tickets, RSVP, or an external URL.
  • Divider — separate sections visually.
  • Spacing — add vertical space between blocks.

AI-assisted design

Need help getting started? In the invite builder, open the AI panel and describe the vibe you want:

  • “A modern tech conference invite with dark colors”
  • “Elegant wedding invitation with gold accents”
  • “Bold rave flyer with neon colors”

The AI generates a layout you can tweak further.

Publishing

When your invite is ready:

  1. Click Publish to make it visible to guests.
  2. Guests with invites receive a unique link to the published page.
  3. You can unpublish and republish any time — updates are reflected immediately.
