Using the guest list and filters
Search, filter, and manage your attendee list during setup and at the door.
Opening the guest list
From the event workspace sidebar, click Attendees. You’ll see every guest for this event in a searchable table.
Searching and filtering
Use the search bar to find a guest by name or email. Results update as you type.
On desktop, the search bar sits above the filter chips (guest type and status side by side). On mobile, tap Filters to open a panel. Filters available:
- Guest type — show only VIP, General Admission, Press, etc.
- Check-in status — all, checked in, or not yet arrived.
Guest type column
When your event has ticket types (guest types), the attendee table includes a Guest type column. Change a guest’s type from the dropdown in that row; the assignment saves immediately.
Guest details
Click a guest row on mobile to open the detail sheet with contact info, check-in time, and registration answers. On desktop, name, email, status, and actions are shown directly in the table.
Exporting
Export your full guest list as CSV at any time — useful for post-event recaps or backup. The export includes check-in status and timestamps.
