Using the guest list and filters

Search, filter, and manage your attendee list during setup and at the door.

Opening the guest list

From the event workspace sidebar, click Attendees. You’ll see every guest for this event in a searchable table.

Searching and filtering

Use the search bar to find a guest by name or email. Results update as you type.

Filters available:

  • Guest type — show only VIP, General Admission, Press, etc.
  • Check-in status — all, checked in, or not yet arrived.
  • Registration method — imported, self-registered, or purchased a ticket.

Guest details

Click any guest row to view or edit:

  • Name, email, phone
  • Guest type and any assigned ticket type
  • Check-in time and staff who scanned them
  • Custom registration questions they answered

Editing guests

You can edit name, email, phone, and guest type from the detail panel. Changes save immediately.

Exporting

Export your full guest list as CSV at any time — useful for post-event recaps or backup. The export includes check-in status and timestamps.
